2023 Vendor Registration is OPEN

Vendor registration is now OPEN! If you are interested in participating, sign up quickly as space will be limited. This year's event will return to TWO days, with set up on Friday afternoon. It's an exciting opportunity to promote the Lakes Region with the tremendous economic growth we've experienced. Downtown Laconia now features the renovated Colonial Theatre, The CAKE Theatre featuring Chaos & Kindness, our historic train station and lots of great eateries & shops!

 

Are you an Artisan or Craft Vendor? This year, we will continue our partnership with The Great New England Craft & Artisan Shows featuring a unique NH Pumpkin Festival Craft & Artisan Show adjacent to the historic Belknap Mill. LEARN MORE to find out more about registration in this section.

Are you an outdoor attraction? Find out how to be part of our Outdoor Adventure Expo showcasing NH's recreation opportunities SATURDAY ONLY . This inaugural section of the festival was a big hit in 2019, so we are bringing it back. Attractions may include mountain bike pump track, ski exhibits, hunting & fishing, scouting, outdoor adventure displays, obstacle course, Wicked "Pumpkin" Cornhole powered by SCOREHOLIO....bring us your idea! ? This "patch" of NH Pumpkin Festival will be located on Beacon St W with outdoor dining at Hector's Fine Food & Spirits, an outdoor beer garden and live music at Hector's Outdoor Spirit Stage. For vendors looking for a place to stay, the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn is located at the entrance to downtown Laconia within walking distance to the festival.

NH Pumpkin Festival is a community-hosted, family friendly celebration of fall and what is unique about New Hampshire. It is a celebration of artistry and creativity and all things pumpkin!
